For Check-in
Check-in procedures must be completed no later than 30 minutes before departure. The check-in point is located opposite the boarding area (Via Porto Innocenziano). During the autumn and winter season, however, check-in procedures may be carried out at the ticket office located inside the harbour (Via Porto Innocenziano, 40).
If you purchased your ticket through the online or telephone booking service, you must present a valid ID document to the staff at the check-in point in order to collect your ticket.
ATTENTION: if the person collecting the ticket(s) is not the holder of the credit card used for the online/telephone booking, they must provide an authorisation signed by the cardholder together with a copy of the cardholder's ID document.
If you have luggage, a dog or a bicycle
Please check the luggage rates. Our onboard staff are flexible regarding luggage size, but strict about the number of items declared. Remember that luggage fees must be paid at the ticket office and, in case of any discrepancies, you will need to return to the ticket office.
For boarding
Present your travel ticket to the onboard staff, together with any luggage tickets, and you will be welcomed aboard the hydrofoil.
If the Hydrofoil does not depart
If the hydrofoil does not depart due to the Captain's decision – because of adverse weather conditions or technical issues – you may request a refund by filling out the refund request form, which can be downloaded from this website or collected at the ticket office. Refunds will be issued upon presentation of the unused travel ticket. Please note that, during the summer season, refund procedures may take longer due to the increased operational workload. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If the Hydrofoil has already departed
If the hydrofoil has already departed, no action can be taken and it is pointless to go to the ticket office requesting any form of refund. If you have any doubts, you can always consult the Terms and Conditions.
**How to Reach Anzio**
During the high season and especially on weekends, travel times by car may be longer than expected. Please plan your journey with enough time to ensure you arrive in time for check-in procedures.
From Rome Fiumicino Airport
Take the Fiumicino–Rome motorway towards Rome. Then join the Ring Road (G.R.A.) in the direction of Via del Mare – Naples.
From the Ring Road (G.R.A.)
Take the Via Pontina (SS148) towards Latina (G.R.A. Exit 26). Leave the SS148 at the Anzio-Nettuno exit (Km 44.9) and continue along the Nettunense Provincial Road to Anzio.
From Rome EUR
Take the Via Pontina (SS148) towards Latina. Leave at the Anzio-Nettuno exit and continue along the Nettunense Provincial Road to Anzio.
From Ostia (Rome)
Take the Ostia-Anzio road (SS601). At the urban junction (Km 39), turn right onto Via Fanciulla d'Anzio (mandatory turn). Continue straight ahead until you reach Piazzale S. Antonio, directly opposite the departure pier.

La Capannina Beach Club
Available to guests: a bar and a self-service snack bar offering a wide range of specialties. In the evening, a restaurant and pizzeria service is available. The beach club features swimming pools, whirlpool tubs, children's play areas and pools for younger guests.
